Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. No refunds will be given.

Exchange Policy

Eligibility:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Original tags and packaging must be intact
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

Free exchange for size issues (subject to availability)

We make every effort to display product colours accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting during photography and differences in screen or device settings.

3. What fabrics do you use?

Our collection is crafted using premium-quality fabrics such as Silk, Cotton, Chanderi, Organza, Georgette, Linen, Muslin, and other carefully selected materials. The fabric details are mentioned on each product page.

4. How should I care for my garments?

We recommend following the care instructions mentioned on the product label. For delicate fabrics, dry cleaning is generally recommended to maintain their beauty and longevity.

5. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for selected locations. The option will be displayed during checkout if your PIN code is serviceable.

6. How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location and if size is ready. In case we need to make your size it will take 15 to 20 days.

7. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via Email or SMS to monitor your shipment.

8. Can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

9. What is your return and exchange policy?

Returns are not allowed. Exchanges are accepted only for size. Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging within 48hrs of receiving parcel.

10. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

11. Do you ship across India?
